A dining room is four purchase orders, four factories and four delivery windows, and none of them care that the floors go in on the twelfth. When one slips, the client doesn’t call the factory. They call you.
Five houses sit on one account here, so that dining room is one order and one person who knows the job. We’ll receive the whole thing — including the pieces you bought somewhere else — check it, and hold it until the site is ready. Thirty days at no charge, longer for a fee. And the stock is local, so a piece you specified is one you can go and sit in this afternoon rather than one you’re describing from a swatch.

Sizes, covers, cushions and finishes to each house's own programme — and we'll tell you what a frame won't take before you spec it, not after.
